General Guidelines

When you order artwork, please be sure to include all relevant important information. Please be sure to include: which media you desire, the orientation and size of the piece, the style in which you would like it, any specific colours or colour schemes, very detailed information about the subject(s) of the piece, the setting, any actions that take place, any feelings you want portrayed, and your address for shipping. Also, if you have a specific date in which you need the art piece done by, include that information as well.

Please be aware that I will inform you of your commission's status whenever you ask. If you are in queue, I will alert you when I have started yours. I can also send progress images on request. I will most definitely consult you on sketches and finalizations to ensure you are completely happy with the art you will recieve.

Ordering Canvas Paintings

When you order a canvas painting, you must forward a fee in order to purchase your desired canvas. It may take longer than an alternative medium because of the current limitation on canvas and acrylic paints. Also, because of the inflexibility of traditional media, especially paint and markers, I will be unable to alter major things during the course of it's creation. Therefore, please be as descriptive as possible about what you would like. The more vague the description, the more is left for my interpretation and imagination. If you have a very specific idea in mind of what you want, please communicate it thouroughly to me so that you will be please with the final result.

Ordering Digital Artworks

Ordering digital artworks is easy and for the most part, fast. Digital artwork begins and ends on the computer and is usually created at a high resolution. I will keep the original files (usually .psd files), which you are entitled to have, for a while after the completion of the commission. You may request these originals for any reason, as they are yours. Since everything is electronic, you will not have to pay a shipping cost and the art piece will be sent to you via the internet (e-mail, msn file transfer, etc.). I may not be able to provide you with a print of the digital work, but if I am able to, you will need to pay extra for the paper and shipment.
